- African American Heritage Endowment for Swem Library (3129) to support the acquisition, preservation, and conservation of primary source materials related to African American history and culture
- Christian Family Endowment (3682) for the acquisition and care of materials in non-English languages, with a preference for Special Collections materials in Spanish or international topics related to Latin America
- Demoff Family Library Endowment (3233) to support the acquisition of collections for Women's History and Women's Studies
- Maurine Stuart Dulin, '39 Library Endowment (1757) to purchase writings by women authors
- McLeod Endowment for Music Collection (3670) for acquisition of materials in the area of collections pertaining to music
- Richard Cornish Library Endowment (1678) for gay & lesbian literature and materials collections
- Swem Library Friends Acquisitions Endowment (2661) for the purchase of academic materials for Swem Library
- W&M Hip Hop Collection Fund (3893) to provide on-going support for the W&M Hip Hop Collection, housed in Swem Library's Special Collections Research Center
- W&M Libraries Digitization Fund (4206) to provide support for digitization efforts and initiatives at William & Mary Libraries
Oral History
- GALA Oral History Project (3168) “the Stephens Project,” which is for oral histories of William & Mary’s gay and lesbian community
- Highland Oral History Project (4409) to provide support for Highland's oral history project capturing the stories of Highland's descendant communities, including the creation of an exhibit at Highland
- W&M Oral History Fund (4048) to capture the stories of W&M leaders, students and alumni which will have a permanent home in the University Archives
Programs
- Cuba Cinema Project (4091) to provide support for the mission and needs of the Cuba Cinema Project at W&M
- Mary Mitchell Speaker Series Fund (3821) to provide support to obtain world class and alumni authors to speak at Swem Library, particularly for its annual Children's Author Breakfast during W&M Homecoming & Reunion Weekend
- Molly Elliot Seawell Endowment (4622) to establish Swem Library as the destination for the study of Virginia female writers and their works through special and circulating collections, programming and staffing
Reeder Media Center
- Media Center Fund (2788) for support of the Reeder Media Center including equipment and student support
Special Collections Research Center
- Acquisitions for Special Collections (3841) for acquisition of materials to be part of the Special Collections Research Center
- Digitization for Special Collections (3842) for digitization and discoverability of materials in Special Collections and the University Archives
- Special Collections Research Center Fund (3705) for the most pressing needs, special projects and purchases as directed by the Head of Special Collections
- Archive of American LGBTQ Political and Legal History Fund (5172)
To provide support for costs associated with the special collection of American LGBTQ political and legal history in W&M Libraries, including born-digital material.
Students & Staff
- Natasha McFarland Staff Education Fund (5008) to provide support for current W&M Libraries staff to pursue professional and educational development opportunities that will contribute to the professional skills of the employee relevant to their career aspirations or work in a library related field
- Swem Student Assistantship Fund (4049) to fund Special Collections Research Center Student Assistantships to support the behind-the-scenes work necessary to digitize and process collections
Studio for Teaching & Learning Innovation
- Studio for Teaching & Learning Innovation Fund (4774) to provide support for the most pressing needs of the Studio, including programs and initiatives that enhance teaching and learning and foster academic innovation at W&M
