Digital Humanities Learning Opportunities
W&M Libraries currently offers two interactive ways to learn more about Digital Humanities:
- We offer 5 registration scholarships to the Digital Humanities Summer Institute (DHSI) at the University of Montréal’s Centre de recherche interuniversitaire sur les humanités numériques (CRIHN). DHSI is a great way to gain beginner and advanced skills in technology for teaching, research, creation, and preservation in various disciplines. Courses taken at DHSI count towards The Canadian Certificate in Digital Humanities/Certificat canadien en Humanités Numériques (cc:DH/HN).
- The Digital Humanities Discovery Group is designed to bring W&M faculty, professional faculty, staff, and students interested in the Digital Humanities together to foster conversation, learn from each other’s successes and failures, open possibilities for collaboration, and build a scholarly community at William & Mary.
