Requests to have W&M Libraries materials mailed to a home address may be submitted by graduate students enrolled in one of W&M’s online programs through the Raymond A. Mason School of Business or the William & Mary School of Education. Students participating in the FlexTrack program may also request items for mailing delivery.
All mailing deliveries will be sent via UPS.
Parameters:
- Patron must be actively enrolled in one of the above online programs
- Patron must have a valid current physical address on file (no PO Boxes)
- Patron may only request 5 items per week
- Patrons may only request W&M Libraries items only (no InterLibrary Loan materials)
How to:
- Go to libraries.wm.edu and log into the catalog under ‘My Account’
- Search for the item you would like to request
- Select the item and click ‘Request’
- Under pickup location, choose Mail Delivery
Swem Library’s Delivery team will retrieve the item and mail it to your home address. Instructions on how to return your items with no cost postage will be included in your delivery.
